fresh discussion on dis/mis information at the intersection of peace keeping and humanitarian action... if you ask me great excuse to further confuse and dilute the boundaries between humanitarian and military objectives/concerns i think that this takes us away from old words that were much more useful: propaganda, rumours, etc if anyone is interested, the conversation is happening in NY on 21st may (it seems like access is open)
